Online Ordering Solution

During the COVID pandemic, The Cottage Cafe Bistro contacted Tweetiepie Media to provide a food online ordering solution.

Although The Cottage Bistro were present on JustEat, they felt they were:

  • Paying more than they wanted to in commission fees to a 3rd party
  • Missing out on being able to sell to their customers directly
  • Increase direct business and build on their repeat customer directly with the customer

Tweetiepie Media worked with The Cottage Bistro to create a simple website that showcased their offerings while also finding a solution for direct ordering to avoid high commissions and convert customers into repeat customers – ordering directly from them.

We partnered The Cottage Bistro with one of our partner businesses that specialise in a food online ordering platform – directly connected to the website we built for them.  The Cottage Bistro now has a smart and easy to use system for their customers to order from. To date, approximately 30% of their business is now coming through the online ordering platform and this continues to grow.

Social Media & Marketing Training

The Cottage Bistro also asked Tweetiepie Media to help them with their marketing requirements.

We developed a bespoke training programme focusing on the needs of the client. Our main focus was to help them better utilise their social media platforms to help increase direct business and to ensure their branding was consistent through clear graphic design. As a small business ourselves, Tweetiepie Media knows the importance of doing this in house in order to facilitate business growth and development.
