Place of Work: Aves Business Centre, 11 Jamaica Street, Greenock
£14,000. Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Ideal start date: Monday 19th January 2015
As a Virtual Call Centre Assistant at Tweetiepie Media your main tasks will include:
· Dealing with customer enquiries via a live chat for multiple clients
· Monitor Live Chats and ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
· Ensure all enquiries are passed on to the client if need be
Initially the successful candidate will be reporting to Client Communications and the Director.
This role does have the ability to progress to a Team Leader Position.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer services. Previous experience of working in a call centre environment is preferred. You will be required to be IT literate.
You will have strong communication skills and the discretion and confidence to adapt to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
